SANTA BARBARA, CA – Inogen, Inc. was honored by professional services firm Ernst &
Young LLP as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2005 Greater Los Angeles
Awards in the Emerging Growth Category at an award banquet held June 28th at the
Beverly Hilton. Founders Byron Myers, Alison Perry, Brenton Taylor and CEO Kathy Odell
of Santa Barbara based Inogen, Inc. were selected by an independent panel of judges
comprised of business and community leaders.

Entrepreneur Of The Year program director for the Greater Los Angeles Area. “Ernst &
